Maintenance Systems of Northern OH Inc. has been a contractor for pavement maintenance service since 1975. Maintenance Systems of Northern Ohio (MSNOH) was started in 1978 by Frank Rybaarcyk Sr.  In the beginning, the company focused on sweeping and maintenance of small retail shopping center parking lots.

Now owned by Robert Boehk since 2016, and run along with his son, Jacob, and daughter Lindzey, MSNOH pride themselves on providing quality service at a fair price.  They are a family owned business that is customer driven. Robert is an accomplished construction attorney with over 35 years in the heavy highway construction industry. Bringing this experience to MSNOH has made the transition to running a pavement maintenance company much easier. Their longevity is a credit to their customers – people who expect quality, service and value. They not only provide sweeping but other services such as sealcoating, asphalt repair, milling and paving and overlays. Today the company’s primary services center around commercial, municipal, retail and mall parking facility maintenance, including sweeping, sealing, crack sealing, signage, pavement marking, and snow removal.  The company operates six large mechanical street sweepers and ten heavy-duty truck mounted vacuum sweepers.  Sweepers are regularly scheduled to sweep mall and retail parking lots and to clean up developments for building contractors.  They also perform regular and emergency clean-up service for local municipalities, Republic and others. MSNOH also works for many pavement contractors and developers on their commercial paving projects, providing the essential finishing touches such as pavement markings, parking bumpers and signs.
