Over the last month, we have been adding company specific service request forms to all of the geo-targeted landing pages on our website. Our goal was to deliver service requests in real time to each of our valued partners. Doing so will provide better customer service and it will help all of us win more business. If you haven’t checked out your landing pages since the update, the new form is shown below:
When a potential customer fills out the request form, an e-mail will be delivered to the e-mail addresses you specified when we began this project. We will also continue receiving copies of these requests here at HQ. Remember, most customers aren’t expecting an immediate quote, but they do expect to hear from us in a timely fashion. Eliminate their temptation to do another internet search seeking alternative vendors by sending a response thanking them for their consideration and letting them know that you will follow up with a quote as soon as possible. Please be aware that this was a rather ambitious programming effort on the part of our developers too. We made every effort to proof the list of e-mail addresses that the forms are delivered to, but in our haste to wrap this project up, we may have goofed….so test your forms!
