Oberson’s was founded in Fairfield, Ohio by The Oberson Family, who have managed the property services and site contracting company for over 19 years. Oberson’s prides itself on being a green company and have created a sustainability plan to take them into the future. They have implemented many eco-friendly procedures and programs, not only at their outdoor facilities, but in their offices as well. They are constantly looking for new ways to increase their sustainability and to increase their eco-friendly plan.

Oberson’s provides parking lot sweeping, highway sweeping, construction sweeping, municipal sweeping and warehouse sweeping and scrubbing. Sweeping is not the only service Oberson’s provides. They also offer power washing, irrigation, new construction landscaping and design as well as snow removal in the winter months. Their company has achieved substantial growth because of their commitment to quality and the dedication of their employees. We’d like to welcome the newest 1-800-SWEEPER Partner, Webco Sweeping Nevada,LLC .  Webco Sweeping was started in 1977 in Southern California by Walsh Bentley. In 1994 Webco Sweeping Nevada was formed. In the process of growing from 1 truck and doing sweeping himself to managing a fleet of over 50 vehicles and 50+ employees, they learned how to do the job right.

Webco has the experience and capability to provide quality sweeping and pressure washing service custom-designed to fit each individual property’s needs and budget. The company has grown largely by customer referrals from clients who appreciate doing business with a reputable company that believes in integrity. Their employees care about the quality of their work and giving their customers a clean property that presents the best image possible.

All services are performed by full-time uniformed employees in company-owned and identified trucks. No work is performed by subcontractors, which eliminates miscommunication of clients needs and helps them better respond to more urgent requests while keeping clients costs as low as possible. Webco Sweeping is fully insured, and certificates of insurance for general liability, auto, and workman’s compensation are promptly supplied upon request.

We’d like to welcome the newest 1-800-SWEEPER Partner, Mike Kirchner of Clean Sweep Orlando. Mike is relatively new to the sweeping business. After living in Atlanta for the last twenty years his family recently moved to Winter Park Florida, a suburb of Orlando.  He has been happily married for 15 years, has two children and a dog named Bob Seger after his upbringing in Michigan.  Recently, he bought Clean Sweep Orlando after spending 25 years in Corporate America.  Mike grew up in an entrepreneurial home and it was always a goal of his to run and own his own business.  “I wanted to spend all of my time and energy working on my customers behalf and less on the bureaucracy in corporate America”, says Kirchner.  Clean Sweep Orlando was formed in 1986 and used to be the largest Parking Lot Sweeping company in Orlando.   Business has dwindled over the years and Mike’s goal is to return it to that stature once again.  Clean Sweep Orlando offers power sweeping, portering, janitorial services, pressure washing and landscape maintenance. They also perform graffiti removal, parking lot striping and pothole repair.

Since Power Sweep Services began in 2005, business has increased each year along with the range of services that are provided. Owned and led by David Powell, they provide services to SE Louisiana and surrounding areas. Power Sweep Services pride themselves on their reputation for providing the exterior maintenance services wanted by their customers.

“We have added a number of services in order to better serve our new and existing customers,” says owner, David Powell.

“We quickly learned that our sweeping customers would prefer working with one capable company on all of their exterior maintenance needs. In the years since we began back in 2005, we have strived to become that type of full-service company.”
