We hope everyone enjoyed this year’s NPE show in Nashville!   1-800-SWEEPER displayed a 40 ft banner in the convention center parking area, projected the 1-800-SWEEPER logo on the lobby floor of the Renaissance Hotel, and co-sponsored the Sweepers Night Out at the Wildhorse Saloon.  We gave away a RedMax blower by registering NAPSA members at the NAPSA booth and at the Sweepers Night Out. The winner was Latasha Crenshaw of AC Sweepers in Atlanta, GA.  A cocktail reception was also held for partners and invited guests. If you are attending the World of Asphalt show in San Antonio next month, make sure you attend the Increase Productivity and Safety through Effective use of Power Sweeping Equipment educational seminar on Thursday, 3/21 at 9:30AM.  Three 1-800-SWEEPER members will be presenting:  Ken Lindsey of Commercial Power Sweep, Inc, Debbie Jacketta from Jacketta Sweeping Service, and Thesing Power Sweeping’s Doug Sauder. The seminar is focused on best practices for working with a sweeping contractor to get the most out of the relationship. You won’t want to miss it!

As usual, the exhibit show floor will feature leading manufacturers and service providers, showcasing their newest products and technologies. See you in San Antonio!

Every now and then, we receive pictures from our members showing special clean up efforts.  Our members have done sweeping for Hollywood movies, high profile photo shoots, and the Super Bowl.   This collection of Mardis Gras clean up pictures was submitted by Warren and Bridget Burge of Clean Sweep, Inc., located in Baker Louisiana.  The clean up took roughly 90 hours and amounted to approximately $20,000 in sales revenue.  While the size of the job and the sweeping contract sound good, the best part is that this lead was generated by our online marketing efforts here at 1-800-SWEEPER HQ.  If you have ever wondered about Mardis Gras clean up, or what a $20,000 plus sweeping job looks like, you’ll want to check out these photos.  Congratulations to the Clean Sweep team for a job well done! …
