Charles Joseph

All Care Services, LLC

Charles Joseph attended Trinity University in San Antonio, TX receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management in 1984.  Following his graduation, Charles worked in the commercial real estate industry for Cushman & Wakefield as an industrial real estate agent.  In 1987, he decided to further his education and in 1989, he received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Tulsa.

Following his graduation, he began a 20 year career in the pharmaceutical industry.  In 2009, he purchased All Care Sweeping, LLC and later updated the name to All Care Services, LLC.  All Care Services performs parking lot sweeping, day portering, construction sweeping and pressure washing services in the greater Kansas City metropolitan area.

Charles has been married for 33 years to Lynlee, and they have three adult sons.  They live in Leawood, KS, a suburb of Kansas City and are big fans of the Kansas City Chiefs (reining NFL champions) and Kansas City Royals.  In his spare time, he enjoys being outside and spending time with his dogs.
